APA Style in PSYC Classes
Psychology majors at UVA are expected to be familiar with the American Psychological Association (APA) style of writing. While designed to aid in making papers ready for publication in academic journals, knowing APA style can also help students be better consumers of the published literature and even become better writers in the discipline.
